The Biltmore Estate is a fairytale wedding venue that effortlessly fuses timeless elegance and historic charm. The castle like architecture of the Manor, known as America’s largest home, currently holds the #6 spot in BRIDES magazine’s list of the Best Destination Wedding Venues in the United States (and for good reason). With breathtaking gardens, architecture, and luxury feel – The Biltmore Estate offers a variety of locations to hold your wedding ceremony. The fairytale, romantic, and castle feel is exactly the reason why Austin & Alexsys chose to have their destination wedding at The Biltmore Estate! As a couple who loves Disney and wanted to get married in front of a castle- they knew that the Biltmore Estate was the perfect wedding venue for them.

In the historic bridal suite at The Ville Inn on the Biltmore Estate, Alexsys immersed herself in the joyous atmosphere of getting ready for her big day. Tiffany boxes, Louboutins, and diamonds laid waiting for their time to shine as she began getting ready.
With a serene smile, Alexsys slipped into her cathedral veil, its delicate fabric floating gently around her shoulders like a cloud. Her modern wedding dress, featuring a playful bow, exuded effortless elegance as she glided across the room. The bright tone of her red-bottom heels added a dash of color to her look, reflecting her personal style with every step.
My favorite part about being a Biltmore Estate wedding photographer is the stunning light that always shines through the windows of the Historic Inn. The interplay of light rays and the breathtaking mountain vistas makes this bridal suite one of the most enchanting spaces imaginable.
The Biltmore house itself is the most iconic part of the entire estate. What was originally the Vanderbilt’s “little mountain home,” (hard to believe- I know) is now one of the most recognizable pieces of architecture in America. The French Chateau inspired wedding venue sits nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Its story starts in 1895, when the Vanderbilt’s welcomed friends and family into the estate for the first time. The estate is now visited by thousands each year and has a rich history that even includes holding art safe during World War 2!
We originally planned to do their first look near the Diana, but due to the rain ended up decided to hold it under the arches of the Biltmore Estate. The arches are one of my favorite places for wedding photos at the Biltmore Estate, because of the luxurious and architectural feel.
Deerpark is one of the multiple locations that the Biltmore Estate offers for wedding ceremonies. Nestled within the Deerpark Restaurant, this venue exudes a rustic charm with its herringbone wooden floors and exposed brick architecture. What I adore most about Deerpark is its expansive courtyard, enveloped by floor-to-ceiling windows. As night falls, the courtyard comes alive with the warm glow of string lights, creating a magical ambiance reminiscent of celebrating beneath a starlit sky! The bursts of red, contemporary accents, and vibrant floral arrangements breathed life into the venue!
Austin & Alexsys danced the night away until their late night sparkler exit. Their reception was filled with photo booths, custom cocktails, and so many other modern wedding trends I think we will be seeing through 2025!
